Army Emergency relief scholarship
DEADLINE: April 1, 2017
Army Emergency Relief provides scholarships for dependent children and spouses of active duty, retired, and deceased Army Soldiers. Our award amounts vary each year based on the number of applications and our total approved budget. For the 2016-2017 academic year, we awarded over 4,000 scholarships worth 7.9 million dollars.

Chick-Fil-A Leadership Scholarships
Description: The founder of Chick-Fil-A, S. Truett Cathy, has put up more than $25 million in scholarship dollars to assist his employees in paying for college. Not every employee can apply for these scholarships – they are reserved for outstanding employees, and scholarships applications must be sponsored by the students immediate supervisor. In addition to being exemplary employees, Chick-Fil-A Leadership Scholars are expected to be active in their communities and have proven leadership abilities. Only employees under 30 can apply for the scholarship.

Ned McWherter Scholars Program:
Eligibility- 3.5 GPA, AND 29 or higher ACT, AND be a TN resident attending a college/university full-time in TN in the fall
Amount- $6,000 per year for 4yrs IF maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2 and full-time status

The Nashville Sounds Foundation is happy to offer the Nashville Sounds Foundation Scholarship for Class of 2017 graduating seniors. In 2016, the Foundation awarded $10,000.00 in scholarships to 4 deserving graduating seniors attending college this fall.
This year, the Nashville Sounds Foundation Scholarships will be awarded to 4 Middle Tennessee graduating high school seniors who will be attending college in the fall of 2017.
Each scholarship will be in the amount of $2,500.00.
Applications must be post marked no later than February 17, 2017, and should include the following:

Navy ROTC Scholarships

Selected applicants for the NROTC Scholarship Program are awarded scholarships through a highly competitive national selection process, and receive full tuition, books stipend, educational fees and other financial benefits at many of the country's leading colleges and universities. Upon graduation, midshipmen are commissioned as officers in the unrestricted line Naval Reserve or Marine Corps Reserve.
The NROTC Scholarship Program is available to qualified students who graduate from high school before August 1 of the year they intend to start college. Students selected for the NROTC Scholarship Program make their own arrangements for college enrollment and room and board, and take the normal course load required by the college or university for degree completion. Additionally, scholarship midshipmen are required to follow specific academic guidelines.
